Medicon eG was established in 1941 through the merger of six companies focusing on surgical manufacturing. Today, Medicon eG employs 400 people and produces more than 20,000 products at 16 sites. The products are sold in more than 120 countries worldwide. The product portfolio includes instruments for use in ophthalmology, minimally invasive surgery, as well as oral and maxillofacial surgery. The company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2003.
