With the first drop of spruce needle oil and spruce needle extract, gained from the extraction plant of the company founder Dr. Ludwig Schupp in 1934, an idea had been realized that unfolded much force. Even at that time a wide range of liniments and bath products made of natural raw materials had been produced. Quality had been and is always the top priority. Over the years the physical therapy with all the different applications became more and more important. Under the direction of his son Eduard Schupp these market requirements have been identified, solution developed and implemented. He started in the mid-70s to build up its own development and production of equipment for physical therapy and with his technical know-how the first therapy table was created. In 1993 the next generation of Schupp the granddaughter of the company founder Ludwig Schupp, Karin Schupp, took over the management and consolidated the market position of the company. Today SCHUPP is one of Germany's largest full-service providers in the field of physical therapy, wellness and medical training therapy. Additionally the company offers a comprehensive service package in the areas of consulting and training - together with partners. Nationwide a sales force and a professional network of partners is available for an individual customer consulting.
