Due to the Fusion between the Amann Dental Equipment GmbH, Austria and the Girrbach Dental GmbH, Germany Amann Girrbach was founded in 2004. As one of the leading companies in dental and dental laboratory technology Amann Girrbach developes from the merger of Amann Dental of Koblach, Austria and Girrbach Dental of Pforzheim, Germany. As of January 2005, Amann Girrbach GmbH has opened their third Division - Amann Girrbach America, Inc. representing the United States of America, Canada and Mexico based out of Tampa, Florida. In France and Asia Amann Girrbach is represented with a sales office.
The product line is oriented to the process chain of prosthetic measures. Dentists and dental technicians find materials, units, accessory, information, training, and service. All of these help to supply the patients with reasonable dental restorations at an economic criterion. Nowadays, the company focuses on units and materials in the areas of registration/articulation, work preparation, casting/joining as well as esthetical facing materials.
